North West England · Coming soon to the rest of the United Kingdom
Grip & Groove
We look after your members’ clubs, so your club looks after its members.
On-site club cleaning for golf clubs across the North West — set up in the car park, packed away before tea, and nothing for the club to pay or manage.
What the club gets
Three reasons a committee says yes.
A £50 pro-shop voucher, every visit
Every member who has their clubs cleaned that day goes into a live draw. The lucky name is rewarded with a £50 voucher for your pro shop, funded by us.
Not a penny from the club
No fee, no subsidy, no minimum numbers. Members pay us direct on the day, so the club never handles money, invoices or admin.
No space, no building, no utilities
A corner of the car park is enough. We bring the gazebo, the water and the power. Nothing gets built, plumbed in or left behind.
How the day works
Three steps on site. Zero disruption.
We arrive on site
On the date you've chosen. Set up takes twenty minutes in a corner of the car park or by the bag drop.
Members book in before their round
Anyone who wants their clubs cleaned before they play drops them with us at least 60 minutes before their tee time. Up to thirty bookings per visit.
We pack down and take everything with us
Gazebo down, kit loaded, gone. Nothing left behind and greenkeeping never hears from us.

Booking a visit
Pick a date. Tell us the numbers.
No fixed weekday and nothing locked into your calendar. You choose a date that suits the club and tell us how many members want their clubs done. We need a minimum of fifteen sets for a full day on site — under that we’ll book a half-day slot instead. If more than thirty members want in, we’ll talk about a weekend or coming down over two days rather than rushing the work.

Questions we always get
Straight answers.
Does this compete with our caterer or pro shop?
No. We sell no food or drink of any kind, so there's no conflict with a catering contract. The voucher actively pushes £50 of spend into your pro shop on every visit.
How much space do you need?
Roughly three parking bays, or any flat corner near the bag drop. We're set up in twenty minutes and gone the same afternoon.
Do you need power or water from the club?
Neither. We carry our own water supply and take the waste water away with us, so nothing goes into your drains or on your turf.
What if a member's club gets damaged?
We cover £5m public liability insurance — a certificate can be sent to you on request.
How do we book a visit?
You pick a date that suits the club and tell us roughly how many members want their clubs done. We need a minimum of fifteen sets to come out for a full day, and we cover up to thirty bookings in a visit — if you're over that, we'll arrange a weekend or two days on site instead.
Is there a minimum number of bookings?
Yes — fifteen sets for a full day on site. If your members can't fill that, we'll book a half-day slot instead so the visit still makes sense for both of us.
How is the draw done?
Every member who has their clubs cleaned that day goes into a live draw before we pack down. We pick one name, buy a £50 voucher from your pro shop and hand it over for you to announce.
Can we trial it before committing?
Yes — four weeks, no agreement, no cost. If your members don't use it, we shake hands and go.

Send us a date and rough numbers and we’ll hold the slot. No agreement, no cost to the club, nothing to unwind if it isn’t for you.
